Affiliate Manager
NDA · $2,000–2,500 base + KPI bonus (target total $3,500+)
Обязанности
- Take full ownership of our affiliate and media buying partner portfolio, which spans multiple products and business models operated under one company in the dating vertical, focused on the German market.
- Lead ongoing negotiations with partners on payouts and terms, working closely and directly with the company owner throughout the process.
- Set up, monitor and continuously optimize campaigns running on ad exchanges such as ExoClick, TrafficJunky, ClickAdu and PropellerAds.
- Design, build and iterate on prelanders and funnels tailored to different traffic sources and partners.
- Track sub-source level performance closely and make data-driven decisions on which sources to scale up and which to cut.
- Coordinate closely with our internal tech team to ensure tracking and postback integrations are set up correctly and running smoothly.
Требования
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate management or media buying, ideally within the dating or adult vertical.
- A recent and verifiable track record with real performance numbers, not just a list of previous job titles.
- Confidence and experience negotiating payouts and terms with partners independently, without needing constant guidance.
- Practical, hands-on experience building and optimizing prelanders, funnels and working with tracking tools such as Voluum, RedTrack or Binom.
- Comfortable managing several products and partner relationships in parallel without losing overview.
- Fluent in both English and Russian, as all partner and internal communication happens in these languages.
Условия
- This is a full-time position, fully remote, with flexibility on working hours as long as deliverables are met.
- We are looking for a long-term collaboration, not a short-term project, with a direct working relationship with the company owner.
- You must be able to invoice us officially through a registered business, ideally based in the EU, though Dubai or UAE based entities are also accepted. All payments are made exclusively through official, invoiced channels.
